About delivery of the goods and local taxes etc.

When you order multiple goods and we are to receive your multiple goods
separately, please ensure to inform us in advance
(such as we are receiving your goods couple of times)
If we would not received such a information from you, we would
understand all your goods are reached our place and arrange packing and
shipping when we received the first goods.


Depend on feature of goods or local situation, there might be import tax
or value-added tax by local regulation.
These local expenses are to be paid by yourself.
Also you might be required to pick up your goods at specified Post
Office or etc.

We would inform you in case of the goods returned to Japan due to
reasons such as Customs Reason, no receiver, incorrect delivery address
or contact phone number, After receipt of the goods we would keep them
for a month, you are requested to advise us how to cope with them.
If we would not received any advice from you, we would dispose of it.

deposal.

About Complains on goods etc.

Our service is to forward goods you bought at on line shop to your place.
Consequently, any inquiries, complains about goods such as size, color,
number of articles etc. should be contacted Shop directly by
yourself.

In case of replacement for certain reasons of yourself or shop,
additional or substitute due to non- stock , there would be charge as
another forwarding service.

We might receive ad papers addressed you on the following days please
be noted we dispose of them.

Opening of packages

Generally we would not open your parcels delivered to our place,

we may open it when needed due to following reasons.

appearance ,weight, volume.

Compensations of damages

Compensation of Damage, loss or theft in transport will be covered by the Mail law or The content provided by DHL.

It is necessary for you to make a damage report to the local courier when you make a claim for compensation for the damage you find on delivery.(This procedure have to be done by the reciever)In the event that the shipped goods would not reach oyur place, we,Come on JP, arraange follow up survay against Japan Pose or DHL.Please comfirm in advence, in case of confiscation by local Customs, Its out of coveraage.

　Scope of sevice of our Company does not include any correspondence to matter of local Customs. You are requested to make local Customs clearance , delivery, withdraawl and tax paymant by yourself.

For paper shipping, the amount of damage is to be comparable to the price of goods. Incase of price of goods decleared amount exceeding JPY20,000, extra premium JPY50 per JPY20,000 will be charge .This insurance of voluntary enrollment.

　Please note that though we will decleared based on the price of goods and contents you entered, it would be your responsibility in event that the entered prices are unjustly lower, confiscation or ant penalities due to your false statement about the contents.

　　We won't comply with any secondary compensations of damages causes by these services.
